I will allow two Legendary Super Saiyans on the site, I will be taking one so the other is open. Their starting powerlevel will be 50,000 and they can have four attacks. To get a legendary super saiyan you must create a profile like all others but send a three paragraph rp to me of you as the super saiyan wreaking havoc, and yes they will be evil.
Empowered Form-Get at start. Multiplies power by 4.
Super Saiyan-Requires 300,000 PL. Multiplies power by 10
Legendary Super Saiyan-Requires 1,500,000 PL. Multiplies power by 30
